Report it to us immediately on WhatsApp or by phone, whatever the size.
If there's been an accident, UAE law requires a police report before the vehicle can be repaired or the insurance claim processed. Call the police from the scene, get the report, and contact us. Don't move the car or agree anything with another driver until you've spoken to us.
For damage, charges are handled in line with your rental agreement — deducted from the deposit where one was taken, or invoiced separately.
📣 Note: No police report means no insurance claim. This applies to every rental company in the UAE, not just us. Always get the report.
